Do you love it? What do you think?
Here’s a sneak peek at the cover of the fourth and final book in the Jaguar Stones Series. It’s called The Lost City and it will be in bookstores in February 2015.
As you can see, it looks very different to the earlier books. That’s because our wonderful publisher, Egmont USA, is redesigning the whole series and giving every book a brand new cover. (But don’t worry – it’s the only the covers that are changing; the stories will stay exactly the same.)
You might also have noticed that the pyramid on the cover of Book 4 doesn’t look quite Maya. That’s because the scene takes place at a native American site called Cahokia, just across the river from modern-day St Louis. That’s right! In Book 4, Max and Lola leave the Maya rainforest and journey up the Mississippi River. It’s the fastest, funniest, most thrilling Jaguar Stones story yet, with appearances from Maya monsters, an alien spaceship and the Boston Red Sox. And nothing you have read so far will prepare you for the spectacular series ending!
In case you couldn’t tell, we’re *very* excited about this book and the new look of the series! Please let us know what you think by posting your comments below. Woohoo!
